The 'Dakota Crisp' plant is vigorous, medium to dark green in color, and semierect to sprawling. The flower color is white. The pollen and berry production are low to moderate in the field. Tubers of 'Dakota Crisp' are round, uniformly sized and smooth, with an eggshell skin color, white flesh and shallow eyes. The variety is medium in maturity and specific gravity.
